Research Nurse

Gabby graduated from studying Adult Nursing at Cardiff University and began work in the Emergency Unit at the University Hospital of Wales, reaching the role of Deputy Sister. After seven years, she moved to working in research in the Clinical Research Facility supporting the Cardiff Cancer Research Partnership studies before the joining the CCRP full-time.

With the support of Velindre Cancer Centre, Gabby has completed a Masters module in Research Methods. She has worked with pharmaceutical companies on clinical trials across a variety of disease sites to progress the body of knowledge and find new treatments for patients.
