Dr Jennifer Golten
Dr Golten studied at the University of Bristol, completed her medical training at Mount Vernon and Lister Hospitals and her oncology training in London, including at the Royal Marsden before moving to Velindre Cancer Service in 2021. With a degree in pharmacology, she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry and as a physician in early phase trials in Cambridge.
As a Clinical Research Fellow in neuro-oncology, Jennifer is researching radiotherapy for high and low-grade glioma. This involves clinical trial data exploring evolving practice across the UK and outlining of normal brain structures and organs-at-risk.
Jennifer is collaborating with CUBRIC at Cardiff University in a project on the use of microstructure MRI to image glioblastoma.
